APTIX ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children and parents who use our learning ability assessment platform at aptix.in. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use APTIX, we collect the following information:

• Child's name and age — to personalise the assessment and report
• Parent's name — for report addressing
• WhatsApp number — to deliver the report and certificate
• Email address — optional; used for report delivery if provided
• City — optional; used for report personalisation
• Assessment responses — answers, response times, and scores across 5 learning abilities
• Payment reference — transaction ID from Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your child's personalised APTIX report and certificate
• To deliver the report to your WhatsApp number and email (if provided)
• To enable longitudinal tracking across multiple assessments
• To improve question quality and assessment accuracy

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. Children's Privacy

APTIX is designed for children aged 7–12, with a parent or guardian completing the registration and payment. We collect only the minimum information necessary to run the assessment and deliver results. Assessment responses are stored securely and used only for generating your child's report.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (ap-south-1 region, India). Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store any payment card information.

5. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained to enable growth tracking across multiple attempts. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us and we will remove it within 7 business days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, data storage, report generation, and anonymous website analytics. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their function. No personally identifiable child data is shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
